Here at Joyful Beader we strive to provide a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers. Below is the policy we uphold for the understanding and agreement between us and our customers.
Shipping
Don't receive your package within two weeks? (U.S only)
We try to ship every purchase within 3 to 5 business days (not including weekends). We ask that you please be patient with the estimated delivery especially during the holidays. We try and offer a decent estimated delivery time to help you be aware of how long it will take. We also provide a tracking number with every purchase to try and ensure that you can track your package.

You provided the wrong shipping address, HELP!
After shipping (dropping the package off at the post office) it is out of our hands to change the shipping addresses provided in the purchasing process. Also, if you NEED to change your shipping address, please do so by contacting us within 24 hours of the purchase because we usually (but not always) ship the next day or so (not including weekends).

You received a damage piece/product(s).
If the package is damaged along with the earrings you purchase, please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the package to work out the issue. We will be more than happy to provide the best experience for you. As we care deeply about our new and returning customers. Returns or Exchanges
You want an exchange or return.
After purchasing earrings and once you recievce the earrings from us, we will NOT accept returns or exchanges due to risky transport of the product(s). Unfortunately, after you purchase that sale, and the earrings are recieved by you, ALL sales are final.
