• Only 1 spot will be available for each month for the year of 2025

• Once you purchase a spot, you agree to, and are responsible for securing your custom order spot for the year 2025. Which means you agree to effectively communicate with me and to complete the remaining balance of the earrings you choose.

• Half a month before your desired month I will be emailing you for that month. For example: if you purchase a custom spot for February then I will send out an email to you in the middle of January. This is to ensure that communication is done ahead of time and that I receive everything needed to begin your order for your desired month. The centers do take at least 2 weeks to come in.

• You may provide the style in the notes at checkout OR you may provide the style when I communicate with you via email. BUT please have a style ready so everything may work out smoothly and if failed to do so, will result in delay of your order.

• Please Provide your Instagram @ OR I will email you if you do not provide it.

• A partial payment of $65.00 plus tax & shipping is due at the time of securing your spot and you agree that by purchasing, you are responsible to complete the remaining balance once your earring order is complete and shown to you via email/Instagram before your month is over (An extended month after your month will be allowed to complete the payment). If payment delay has gone over 1 month, for example, your month is January and you have an extension for February BUT failing to pay the remaining balance before the end of February will either result in a $10 fee or cancellation. (PLEASE plan ahead for paying the remaining balance, I really do not want to cancel anyones order..)

• You may choose to pay in small increments until your remaining balance is paid off. (Requesting an invoice for the increments is highly recommended so that you can receive your earrings in time). Remaining PAYMENTS will be paid ONLY through invoices from my website. To ensure your safety and mine as well.

• If there is no response during your chosen custom order month, I reserve the right to cancel your order without refunding the down payment deposit (of $65.00 USD plus tax & shipping).

• Please be aware that most designs may contain crystal stones manufactured in Austria.

• Lastly, you agree to any recent changes in the pricing of your desired style and agree to pay the remaining balance of the payment with the consideration of price changing.
